Challenge
Rico Industries was migrating their back office to NetSuite and wanted several customizations done in NetSuite to enable functionality that NetSuite did not support out of the box.
Solution
Folio3 developed and implemented several custom modules in Rico’s NetSuite account including
- An automated workflow that loads the appropriate Sales Order form for each customer when the user tries to enter a Sales Order in Rico’s NetSuite account
- Custom functionality that displays different information for an item, based on the customer accessing the system
- Custom calculations for commissions, royalty and credit hold processes
- Custom functionality that splits multi-item orders into multiple orders, if the order’s line items belong to different locations

Thanks to these customizations, Rico Industries has been able to streamline its back office operations and save valuable time and effort that would otherwise be expended in these activities.
