Challenge
Hawk Ridge Systems uses NetSuite as its ERP system and was looking for a development partner to customize NetSuite, by developing custom functionality within NetSuite that would help them improve their business processes.
Solution
Folio3 developed and implemented multiple custom modules in NetSuite that were designed to streamline Hawk Ridge System’s sales tracking, customer retention and pre-sales operations. The custom functionality developed by Folio3 automated Hawk Ridge’s quote generation, user registration data capture and license renewal processes, while optimizing their data import and sales performance reporting operations.
