We engaged Folio3 to implement a fully automated, real time integration between the NetSuite ERP and Magento. Our webstore was on Netsuite and we were migrating it to Magento 2, while keeping our ERP in Netsuite. This was a challenging engagement as we were one of the first to go live on Magento 2 and the Magento platform in 2017 had many issues with stability and bugs, not anticipated when we took the decision to move to Magento 2. Furthermore, our webstore was multi-language and multi currencies. We choose Folio 3 because their solution can handle the items synchronization, the synchronization of the orders, fulfillment and billing cycle as well refund. Also they were very responsive in their proposal, competitive with pricing and willing to provide us with all the customizations we requested. Zeeshan and his team handled our connectors during this particularly challenging transition. We found the team to be extremely responsive to all our queries. They resolved all bugs and glitches even if it required them going out of their decided schedule which is greatly appreciated. They also obliged our requests for assistance on additional features. We were using Salesforce to manage our contract renewals. While it did the job, it wasn't integrated with our NetSuite ERP. We looked at various solutions including NetSuite's own modules. The majority of offerings we saw were aimed at solving a single manufacturer's contracts, and couldn't handle the complexities of a distributor or re-seller managing multiple maintenance contracts, with multiple guidelines. After speaking with 3 developers we chose Folio3, and we're glad we did. Folio3 made it very easy and accommodating process. We are a small company with limited development staff and limited experience doing custom processes. Folio3 understood our goals clearly, and offered a straight forward statement of work. Unlike others we didn't feel there was anything being hidden. Throughout the process, communication was steady and responsive. Frankly I believe they spent most of their time waiting on us more than the reverse! In the end, I think we got a product that met everything we had hoped for.
