The company provides on-site event merchandising solutions, for football, concerts, cycling, rugby, lacrosse, boxing, ice skating, political conventions and more. It also manages multiple e-commerce stores including USSoccerStore.com, the official online store of the United States Soccer Federation.
Challenge
SES Companies was in the process of moving their back office to the Oracle NetSuite ERP. As a part of the transition, they decided to move their four PHP based ecommerce sites (http://www.todofut.com, http://www.ussoccerstore.com, http://www.tiendaclubamerica.com, http://www.nwslshop.com) to NetSuite’s SuiteCommerce Advanced platform, so their entire operation was centralized within the NetSuite ecosystem and they could reap the benefits of a fully integrated front and back office.
Solution
Folio3 migrated all four of SES Companies’ web stores to SuiteCommerce Advanced together with a brand new UI, within the short span of four months. The new SuiteCommerce Adanced based stores are not only mobile compatible but offer a vastly superior shopping experience than their previous PHP based stores, thanks to native SuiteCommerce Advanced features like faceted search, dynamic merchandizing, interactive product displays, searchandising, quick order functionality, single page checkout and product ratings & reviews (among others).
Result
Thanks Folio3’s efforts, SES Companies’ redesigned, SuiteCommerce Advanced based storefronts were all live within the short span of four months. The new sites were extremely well received by their customers and users, who loved the sites’ new look and the faster, more streamlined shopping experience offered by SuiteCommerce Advanced. Thanks to these changes, SES Companies has experienced a nearly 40% increase in their monthly sales.
